GLPI AssistIA

Summer Fellowships ANFAIA 2025

GLPI AssistIA is a system designed for incident management in IT departments, reducing the burden of repetitive tasks. Its architecture is based on a workflow that activates a system of intelligent agents (CrewAI) when a ticket is created in GLPI. These agents collaborate to analyze the incident, evaluating its urgency, classifying it, and proposing solutions. The goal is to reduce the first response time and resolution time.
